Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging and include a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided RMA number to the outside of your package and mail it to our quality control facility using a tracked shipping method.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
